Violations Processor (Full Time, Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
The Violations Processor position will include speed camera violation processing, as well as occasional in-bound / out-bound call handling of customer and client inquiries explaining available services, correcting errors, and providing general program information as well as clerical and data entry tasks. All interactions with clients and customers are with the goal of increasing business, and ensuring customer satisfaction, and retention. The Violations Processor will be required to follow basic procedures and scripts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process speed violations, using web-based tools.
- Handle inbound / outbound customer and / or client telephone calls
- Gather information from the callers to properly resolve their situation. Communicate appropriate options for resolution.
- Open, scan and process inbound customer correspondence.
- Operate keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries in database for accuracy. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School diploma or GED
- Background check is required
- Strong PC skills in order to navigate various screens, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties including inbound mail processing, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and related administrative duties.
- 6 months customer service experience in a call center type environment
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
